Completing Orders
You can place your order by calling our toll-free number (888) 772-4559. Orders placed before 2 p.m. Pacific time, Monday through
Friday, normally will be completed the same day.
Within 24 hours of submitting your order, you will receive an e-mail with your ordered business list as an attached csv (MS Excel)
file or a confirmation e-mail with shipping information for ordered business list CD-ROM. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail,
please call (888) 772-4559.
Pricing
Promotional prices listed on our website are valid only for a short period of time and can be modified without notice. We encourage
you to take advantage of these introductory promotional prices for new business sales lead listings in the state of California.
Free shipping of CD-ROMs for customers in the U.S. only. For the CD-ROM order from outside the U.S. additional charge in the
amount of $29.99 will apply.

Cancellation of Orders
If you want to cancel your order before it has been e-mailed or shipped, please call (888) 772-4559 immediately and then send an
e-mail to sales@cardservice-sf.com with your cancellation request.
Refund Information
We will issue a refund for your order if you return the CD-ROMs in resellable condition within 14 days from the date of your original
order. A written explanation and refund request is required in order to issue a refund. Once we receive returned items, please
allow 3-5 weeks for refund processing. We will also retain 5% of the sales amount as a processing charge.
No refunds will be issued for e-mailed business list orders.
Additional Information
These terms and conditions are currently applicable to all phone orders by the United States customers. Cross-border
transactions may have their own rules and practices.
