How accurate are your data?

Merchant Card Services is dedicated to having the highest quality data. Each record is examined
by hand for quality and completeness. We continuously update our business databases from
different public sources such as new business registrations in major counties in California.


How many leads are contained in your lists?

On average 20,000 start-ups are added every month from new business registrations in major
counties in California. However, after the initial screening and data verification there are usually
fewer leads available in the prospect lists.


Can I subscribe to receive your data on a regular basis?

Currently we don’t have regular subscriptions but you can always buy our prospect lists from our
website or by calling our toll-free number 888-772-4559.


How can I receive my data?

We have multiple product formats available for delivery of your data.

E-mail  - receive your data by e-mail and print your own labels or download into your contact
manager for easy access.

CD-ROMs - access your data straight from your desktop and print it in any format you need.

Mailing Lists - perfect for direct mail campaigns.

Calling Lists - convenient for telemarketers or outside sales reps.


Can I import my order file into Excel, Access, ACT! or Goldmine?

Your order file will be in a CSV file format. After downloading the order file, you can import it either
into a database or a spreadsheet.


How can I pay for my list?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at our toll-free number 888-772-4559.
We will issue a refund for your order if you return CD-ROMs in resellable condition within 14 days
from the date of your original order.  A written explanation and refund request is required in order
to issue a refund. Once we receive returned items, please allow 3-5 weeks for refund processing.
We will also retain 5% of the sales amount as a processing charge.

No refunds will be issued for e-mailed business list orders.
